This documentary follows the recording process, circa 1978-1979, of Nick Lowe, Dave Edmunds & Rockpile.
'Born Fighters,' allow a fascinating look inside the making for two classic albums. Screened only once on Granada Television in the UK.
Lowe recorded 'Labour of Lust' in tandem with Dave Edmunds' album 'Repeat When Necessary,' with backing from their Rockpile bandmates Terry Williams (drums) and Billy Bremner (guitar, vocals) on both. An incredible cavalcade of friends and collaborators stopped by too: Graham Parker! Huey Lewis! Phil Lynott! Albert Lee!
